Science Camp
oh. my. god.
so i was super excited before i went, like really. i was super juiced. I had NO IDEA that it would be the BEST week of my LIFE.
So the morning before we leave, i'm all packed and i go to aire's to get ready. Jose comes and we go get maddy. She comes outta her house looking like DOROTHY from the wizard of oz. she's like "HEY GUYYYYS!!!!" lmao it was so funny. Me, jose and aire busted up laughing.
So we get on the road with all of our junk in the trunk, literally. we packed SO MUCH. I don't travel light. at all. We head down to the YMCA in San Jose so aire and jose can get fingerprinted cause they're 18 and will be working with children.
we walk in and there's a cute guy, gilberto, sitting there also waiting to be fingerprinted. i had no idea at that moment that i would totally fall head over heels for this guy throughout the week. so we chat it up, and his friend comes in. jeremiah. also very hot. :D. so blah blah we are all laughing and stuff and then we feel an earthquake. Jeremiah is as high as a flippin' kite and he doesn't feel it. me and gilberto are like "dude!! don't you feel it?" and jeremiah goes, "you guys are crazy. only the table is moving." haha anyways so my stomach is hella growling and i want taco bell. i offer to get them tacos and they're like, "yeah! cool! we love tacos." and we depart and are like see you at camp new bff's!!
we go to the gas station and the guy who works there won't let me go pee! i'm like wtf mayyyn? so we finally hit taco bell and i buy them their tacos. we hit the road again and are making jose listen to all of our girly music, but he's so father like he just listens to it and doesn't complain. haha he's so cool. so we decided to stop and look at the scenery. we're there for like 5 mins when we see the camp bus that the other cabin leaders are on. it FLIES BY us (and opie said later on that he was doing 30, 35 mph max, yeah, right)
